Room description

The company operating Aconcagua Poker is called Green Clover Telemarketing Group and their services are licensed in Costa Rica. Another popular brand of theirs is Poker de las Américas.

The Aconcagua Poker network is enjoying growing popularity due to its weak player pool and reliable software powered by Connective Games. Some of the most notable brands participating in the Aconcagua Poker network are Brasil Poker Live, Costa Rica Poker Live, Peru Poker Live, and other skins dedicated to a specific Latin American country.

You can play poker online at Aconcagua Poker by downloading the software available for Windows and Mac operating systems. You can also enjoy the games on the go via the mobile app, which is compatible with Android mobile phones and tablets. For the time being, there is no mobile app for iOS, but hopefully, the operator will develop that in the future.

Aconcagua Poker has a selection of Texas Hold’em, Omaha, 7 Card Stud, and 32 Card Draw games. You can also play some Jackpot Sit’n’Gos and Fast-Fold Poker. If you wish to get a test account and evaluate the games and traffic at Aconcagua Poker, please contact our affiliate manager.

You may notice some missing translations, broken links, and outdated information on the website, but don’t be quick to doubt its legitimacy. While Aconcagua Poker may lack in presentation and marketing, their software and service are secure and reliable, and by joining the poker room you get access to one of the weakest player pools out there.

Aconcagua Poker’s Customer Service team is available by e-mail or toll-free phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the traffic, software, and rakeback please read our full Aconcagua Poker review below.

Traffic review

The traffic is pretty decent thanks to all the labels that help form Aconcagua Poker Network’s player pool. While it’s certainly not on par with the top poker networks in Europe or worldwide, there is still satisfactory action up to the middle levels. That being said, you have to be prepared to play at night and in the early mornings (European time) as the traffic peaks in the evenings in South America.

You will find close to 30 live tables on the micro and low levels and the competition reminds you of a family game. Most of the traffic is on the 6-max tables, but there are 9 seaters as well. They have significantly lower traffic though. The action decreases drastically at the mid-stakes with only a few tables running on NL100–NL300.

Surprisingly, the traffic at PLO is almost as good as the one at NL Hold’em. It appears Omaha is very popular in South America and if you’re a PLO master, you should definitely give Aconcagua Poker a shot. In peak hours you will find decent action all the way up to PLO100.

Unfortunately, the traffic at the high stakes is sporadic so if this is your main level of competition you can’t rely on Aconcagua Poker for all of your volume.

The multi-table tournaments do not attract much attention and the poker room is not focused on pushing them either. There are some modest guarantees, which offer decent value mostly because of the extremely weak opponents. You can also take part in a number of qualifiers for live events, and having in mind the opposition you can qualify with minimal effort.

Software & trackers

Aconcagua Poker is using Connective Games’ poker software, which has earned a great reputation among players and experts alike. Their mobile software has been shortlisted for “Mobile Gaming Software” and “Poker Software” categories at the EGR B2B Awards 2018 and “Mobile Product” at IGA 2017. At the same IGA 2017 awards, Aconcagua Poker was named “Online Poker Operator of the Year”, beating some of the top poker brands in the world.

The mobile poker software is very customizable and allows you to tailor-fit the client to your liking. It also supports vertical layout, which is a lot more convenient for playing on the go. There is a miniature multi-table format and a graphical history re-player. The desktop software has less functionality, but it’s very speedy and supports multi-tabling perfectly.

Aconcagua Poker is focused on casual players and the operator is determined to protect them from sharks. Therefore, Holdem Manager and Poker Tracker are not supported and you can only use them with a hand converter.

Rake structure

Aconcagua Poker network charges a standard 5% rake on cash games. On tournaments there is a house fee of up to 10%.

Rakeback & bonuses

Currently, Aconcagua Poker does not have a welcome bonus or rakeback.
